About Michele Pichay

Aloha! I am Realtor-Broker, Michele Pichay and I have been a resident of Hawaii for 27 years.  I was born and raised in Canada to a military family; therefore, moved around a lot growing up. I received my Nursing Diploma from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario where I worked for 1 year after graduating. I left Canada in 1991 and moved to Honolulu as a traveling nurse.   I was employed at Kapiolani Medical Center for 9yrs. During this time, I obtained my BSN degree.

In 1997 an opportunity arose in which I bought into the Honolulu Scrubs Company.  As acting co-owner of this company for 5 years, I developed a passion for sales and marketing. I started traveling to all the islands and mainland to market and sell our product.   In 1999 my desire for travel urged me to apply for a job overseas.  In Jan 2000 I moved to Saudi Arabia where I worked for Saudi Aramco Oil Company in their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as an RN. This opportunity enabled me to travel the world to places like India, Africa, Europe and Asia.

I returned to Hawaii in 2003. Upon my return, and after buying my 3rd property, I decided to go to real estate school to become a real estate agent.    I began to practice real estate in 2004 working for Coldwell Banker.   In 2010, I joined Bridge Real Estate and began to buy and flip foreclosures. During this time, I obtained my Broker’s License.  In 2015 Bridge Real Estate joined Keller Williams – Honolulu and from there I went on my own and started 808 Island Realty LLC.  Only second to marrying my husband, starting my own company is one of the greatest achievements of my life, and a dream come true.

My reason for going into real estate was to help people make one of the biggest investment of their lives. My goal has always been to see that their best interests are of the utmost importance.  My desire to give my clients the best service possible shows through my continuous efforts to improve and build on my experience.   I absolutely love real estate and all that it has to offer. I truly believe that buying and selling real estate is a great investment tool as long as you know how and when to buy and sell.

Please, contact me at: [email protected] with any questions, or, give me a call at: (808) 221-9715.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Mahalo for visiting,
Michele Pichay
